*Product images are subject to change. Manufacturers reserve the right to change their products without prior knowledge; however, we will make every effort to properly reflect any changes. Non-functional changes to machines are not considered misrepresentation. Due to constantly changing stock of accessories, images may not be identical.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Faulty items can be exchanged for the same item, also within 14 days of delivery.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery to request any return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the process and provide you with a return mailing address. All items need to be returned in their original product packaging to the return mailing address we provide in order for us to begin refund or exchange processing.
To calculate your handling and delivery fees, add the item or items you are interested in to the shopping cart and click the "Calculate Delivery Fees" button in the lower right corner.
We ship our items using a variety of shipping methods from several different suppliers and warehouses throughout the United States. Once an order has been placed on our web site, it starts being prepared for shipment almost immediately, and we are therefore unable to cancel most pending orders. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it typically within 5 business days. If the entire delivery process is expected to continue beyond 10 business days, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
Once your order ships, you can receive shipment tracking information through the payment service you used to pay for your order, such as PayPal. Simply login to the account you used to make your payment to us and you'll be notified of your order's shipment tracking information.
